The centre will be located in the Neue Residenz, currently undergoing renovation as part of the Salzburg Museum and the new Belvedere Salzburg. The Max Gandolph Library will serve as the main exhibition space, providing an ideal setting for academic research, public exhibitions, and cultural events dedicated to Zweig’s life and legacy.
Zweig’s heirs in London are generously donating valuable parts of his estate from his years in exile in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Brazil.
