What Are Staff Weeks?
CIVIS Staff Weeks are dynamic, hands-on learning experiences designed for university staff to exchange ideas, develop professional skills, and build international networks. Hosted by CIVIS member universities, these events bring together colleagues from across Europe for an immersive program of workshops, discussions, and networking sessions.
Whether you're looking to enhance intercultural communication, leadership, digital skills, grant writing and fundraising, research and data analysis, quality assurance, language skills and sustainability practices, just to name a few, Staff Weeks provide the perfect opportunity to learn from experts, share best practices, and collaborate on innovative solutions.
The Staff Week format
- Duration: in general 2 to 5 days
- Where: Hosted by different CIVIS universities.
- Who can join: University staff, including academics, researchers and administrative staff, across various roles and departments
