Eszter Gőbel

Hello! I am Eszter Gőbel, a hungarian first-year law student at Aix-Marseille University with a deep commitment to international mobility and intercultural exchange. With my multilingual abilities in French, English, and Hungarian, I am passionate about connecting with students across borders to foster an inclusive academic network.

My studies have highlighted the value of diverse perspectives, and I believe that by promoting international mobility, we can create a richer educational experience that transcends national boundaries. Being part of the CIVIS Alliance would be an incredible opportunity to help support an innovative, collaborative Europe where mobility is accessible and encouraged. I believe that for a true university experience, students must profit from the international mobility so that they can enrich their own educational journey. Therefore, I'm excited to contribute my skills and enthusiasm to our shared vision and to work alongside other members of CIVIS in expanding the reach of international education across our alliance.

As a trinational student studying Psychology at the university of Lausanne, I know the importance of intercultural immersion and networking. Koya Hofstetter Langschwager

Bonjour! I am a Master Student in Law of the Universities of Lausanne and Zurich. After completing two BIPs, I discovered how much CIVIS offered me. It gave me new study perspectives, the chance to discover new places, and the opportunity to meet interesting people from different backgrounds. I wanted others to experience the same, so I became a CIVIS Ambassador.

Not all students have the opportunity to study abroad. CIVIS makes this possible, without so many obstacles, to broaden our minds and gain international experience by meeting people and professors. It truly opens doors beyond our own university, offering a whole new perspective on the world.

Andrés García

Hello everyone! In my undergraduate studies I did an Erasmus+ exchange and it changed my life. I truly believe that these academic and social exchanges can bring so many benefits to so many young students that I decided to become a CIVIS Ambassador; to help others to have mind-opening experiences, to learn languages and to meet people from different cultures and backgrounds. In short, to make students feel like citizens of Europe and the world.

CIVIS Alliance, with several partner universities throughout Europe, has this same purpose, and so I encourage any student to participate in its variety of activities - we ambassadors will be there for you!

Marta Festa

I believe that the Civis Alliance is a resource for creating a more inclusive and interconnected education system among our universities, which is the basis for an equally inclusive society.

Through Civis we can build bridges between students and institutions, making our education more accessible, diverse, and enriching for all. I hope to be able to contribute to this ambitious project since I am convinced that creating an innovative education system requires the involvement of a wide network of actors, starting with the students, who are most familiar with their wishes and needs. So don't miss this opportunity...join the Erasmus Generation!

Ernesto Lamagna

Hi, I'm Ernesto, a second-year student in Gastronomic and wellness sciences, cultures and politics. My journey doesn't stop within the classroom walls. I decided to become a CIVIS Ambassador after an experience that expanded both my academic and personal horizons.

Thanks to a BIP that I attended, I had the incredible opportunity to interact with professors, researchers, and fellow students from all across Europe. Annarita Napolitano

My name is Annarita and I am currently a Masters' Degree student in International Relations at Sapienza University.

I believe the CIVIS Alliance is another fundamental step of the European Integration process, which needs to be scaled up with the direct engagement and meaningful
participation of youth.

As CIVIS Ambassador, my goal will be to empower young people and build capacity for them to be involved at the highest levels of education, in order for international educational systems to be more equitable and inclusive.

Sara Napolitano

I've decided to become a CIVIS ambassador as I firmly believe in the importance of interculturalism and cultural exchange within the university as a reason for personal enrichment. My hope, through joining the CIVIS project, is to extend across the university community the love for knowledge and for sharing, as well as the importance of language study as a means to live another reality, closer to other people's points of view.

Studying or practicing languages in a cross-cultural environment means being able to fully immerse oneself into the unknown and the unexpected. I would like to contribute to the CIVIS community by creating a safe communication space, with the hope to convey to my peers the same enthusiasm for the perspective of an intercultural and surely enriching education opportunity.

As a Global Development student I am very interested in globalization and how the world unites and connects us all together. Through my studies, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in an exchange semester through the CIVIS program at National and Kapodostrian University in Athens. Julia Klumbach

CIVIS has given me a lot of great opportunities for my personal and professional development. Not only has it allowed me to spend a whole semester abroad, but it made it possible for me to participate in shorty term experiences during which I met a variety of amazing people with personal and academic backgrounds that are different than mine.

Here lies, in my opinion, the biggest impact that CIVIS can have on its students: It gives us a platform to meet and to interact and to become more accepting and tolerant people together.

Leonie Maria Oyen

Hallo! When I first got to know the CIVIS alliance, I was in awe of the many opportunities available to us students – from BIPs and exchange semesters to certificates and more. As an ambassador, my goal is to encourage every student to seize these chances and enrich both their academic and personal development.
CIVIS is an intellectual meeting ground where we can learn with and from each other – the relationships formed through CIVIS programmes are sustainable and enable us young students to shape our fields with the global perspective in mind. After all, academic cooperation across nations and disciplines has always been a cornerstone of strong international relations – and is invaluable when addressing global challenges. Through CIVIS, every one of us can get involved in expanding and strengthening this network of knowledge and friendship!
