It provides key questions and recommendations to help define project needs, clarify expectations and facilitate collaboration between the different stakeholders involved. Developed within the [**YODA** **CIVIS Open Lab project**](https://civis.eu/en/discover-civis-alliance/our-work/open-labs-civic-engagement/yoda-youth-for-open-digital-acquisitions-about-the-training-in-3d-heritage-and-best-practices), the [**YODA Toolkit** ](https://civis.eu/storage/files/yoda-toolkit.pdf)provides practical guidance for initiating, framing, preparing and implementing 3D projects. Structured around four main areas, it helps users define project objectives and uses, describe the object or site to be digitised, engage effectively with service providers, and formalise project requirements. The toolkit supports dialogue between stakeholders throughout the process, from the initial idea to an operational and documented 3D digitisation project.
