Many stories, one Alliance: CIVIS2 Impact and Dissemination report (CIVIS2, deliverable D13.1) Many stories, one Alliance: CIVIS2 Impact and Dissemination report (CIVIS2, deliverable D13.1) ================================================================================================ - Communication and Dissemination - Report - Deliverable - Administrators - Civil society - Policy makers Telling the story of an evolving, living lab of higher education while sharing best practices and lessons learnt with the growing community of practice is an ongoing task of CIVIS. This report show the progress made during the CIVIS2 Erasmus+ project. Over the past four years, CIVIS has moved from a centralised communication model towards a genuinely collaborative one. Communication teams, student ambassadors, academics and professional staff across the Alliance’s universities have all played a role in telling the CIVIS story. Together, these civizens brought more voices, perspectives and experiences into the CIVIS Community and beyond. The results show in the numbers: the redesigned CIVIS website, launched in February 2026, recorded more than 106,000 visits between February and June 2026 alone, with the wider CIVIS digital ecosystem, including the new CIVIS Agora platform, reaching over 185,000 visits. Social media audiences grew to nearly 20,000 followers, and newsletter subscriptions passed 7,600. Storytelling took centre stage too, with initiatives like #DiscoverCIVIS, the [Civizen stories](https://civis.eu/en/the-civis-newsroom?tag%5B%5D=37) and the [CIVIS Student Newsroom](https://civis.eu/en/the-civis-newsroom/civis-student-ambassadors-take-the-lead-inside-the-newsroom-pilot-project) putting students, academics and staff at the heart of CIVIS content. On the education side, the Alliance piloted a full marketing and recruitment model for its joint Master's programmes with TRACEE, now being rolled out to other programmes. Dissemination reached well beyond the CIVIS community itself, through the FOREU4ALL network and major higher education events such as EAIE. And the Alliance's flagship gathering, CIVIS Days, keeps growing: the 2026 edition in Bucharest brought together 363 participants from 17 countries and nearly 40 institutions; a fitting snapshot of how far CIVIS communication has come.
