EUC Voices Erasmus Project, is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships project co-funded in 2023 by the European Commission. The project primarily focuses on promoting active European citizenship which is implemented through 3 main activities: European Student Assembly (ESA), Ambassadors Forum and EUC Alumni Network.
The annual European Student Assembly (ESA), gives students the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of key topics for the European Union, discuss with fellow students, present solutions during plenary sessions, thus contributing to shape European policies. aims to "empower European students, arming them with essential skills and knowledge to become global change leaders and active contributors to their shared European destiny”.
Within that framework EUC Voices Erasmus Project is launching the fourth edition (#ESA25) that will bring a new generation of EUAs students together. Participants will debate and draft policy recommendations on 8 topics related to the future of Europe and essential for students.

Voicing the opinion of EUA students from different countries, backgrounds, fields and levels of study, all recruited for their engagement and motivation.
- Fostering the student community-building across the EUAs.
- Advocating for deliberative processes in an annual pan-European assembly as a way to reduce the gap between citizens and decision-makers.
- Encouraging students to get involved in European politics at local, national, European level and in order to regenerate European democracy.
Who can apply?
Applications are now open for the European Student Assembly (ESA), the flagship initiative of the EUC Voices Erasmus+ project, which brings together approximately 250 students from across Europe each year. Selected students can apply as either participants or coordinators, contributing to one of the Assembly's discussion panels on essential issues facing the European Union.
Applications are open to students from all nationalities, fields and levels of study from the second year of Bachelor to PhD.
- In order to participate, students must be registered in a higher education institution belonging to one of the 64 European Universities Alliances.
- Students who never participated in ESA are welcome to apply as participant and/or panel coordinator.
- Students who participated in the first, second or third edition of ESA as participants may only apply as panel coordinators.
- Students who participated in the first, second or third edition of ESA as coordinators cannot apply anymore.
- Faculty members are not eligible except for PhD candidates.
