Education Disciplinary meeting: Introductions and Synergies Education Disciplinary meeting: Introductions and Synergies ============================================================= Type of event Disciplinary Meeting Format Online Open to CIVIS academics & researchers Date 29 oct. 2021 - [About the event](#tab-about) **The School of Education at the University of Glasgow has undertaken to organise a Disciplinary Meeting to enable academics across the CIVIS Alliance to learn about each other’s current activities and share best practices in order to foster collaboration for joint research and teaching.** The Disciplinary Meeting is organised in two distinct events to ensure participants move beyond introductions to the essential task of networking. - **Introductions and Synergies Event** – 29 October 2021 – 10.30-13.00 CET - **Network Event** – 3 December 2021- 10.30-13.00 CET Both events will take place online, with an estimated duration of 2 hours. Prior to the meeting, participants will be asked to fill in an online questionnaire that asks consortium partners to share their institutional highlights in relation to Education and themes for possible synergy in advance of the event. ### Registration Registration for the **Introductions and Synergies Event** is open on [Eventbrite](https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/civis-education-disciplinary-meeting-introductions-and-synergies-tickets-166934801485) (deadline : 1 October 2021).
