Seminars, workshops, or journal clubs that foster collaboration between UNIL and other CIVIS universities, are only a few examples of innovative projects that early-career researchers may submit. Successful projects will be selected by a UNIL committee, and will receive up to CHF 8,000 in funding.

The programme aims to encourage active participation and collaboration within the CIVIS Alliance, focusing on interdisciplinary exchange and fostering European-wide research networks. The funds will be allocated to promote inter-university networking, cover participation costs, and facilitate cross-border academic exchanges.
Interested applicants should submit detailed project proposals outlining their goals, expected outcomes, and how they plan to involve scholars from CIVIS institutions. Projects that emphasise international collaboration and offer tangible contributions to the academic community will be prioritised.
The application deadline is November 30, 2024, and the results will be announced in early January 2025.
