This methodological guide presents a replicable model for digital civic co-creation developed by the LaCoTT Open Lab. It supports collaboration between universities, students and civic organisations to develop accessible, multilingual digital solutions while promoting service-learning, digital equity and Europe–Africa cooperation.
The LaCoTT Open Lab Methodological Guide provides a framework for developing digital solutions together with civic organisations through participatory co-creation and service-learning.
The resource covers needs assessment, co-design, multilingual communication, digital accessibility and dissemination. It also provides transferable methods, templates, checklists and indicators to support the replication of digital civic co-creation initiatives in other CIVIS Open Labs.
