The event, *"Academic Diplomacy in the Context of European University alliances",* was an opportunity to address the topic of collaboration between the university and diplomatic environments and to develop Romania's internationalisation. ![](/storage/files/image-50402305.jpg) ©UB Organised by RO European Universities - a network of Romanian higher education institutions, members of European university alliances - the conference focused on contemporary issues related to strengthening connections among students, alumni, academics, and researchers from the Romanian diaspora and engaging with relevant national and international institutions. The event offered a great opportunity for the University of Bucharest to present and share insights on the CIVIS initiative, highlighting its connection and contribution to the European Degree. Generating change and addressing the needs of the students ---------------------------------------------------------- *“Internationalisation of European university alliances - new global frontiers, new academic diplomacy”* and *“The European Diploma and the CIVIS Alliance.
