Outstanding projects that bring the National Higher Education Mobility and Internationalisation Strategy to life are now being recognised in Austria! The national authorities have launched the Internationalisation Award, under which the University of Salzburg secured 3rd place in one of the categories.

The university’s project was awarded in the category “Promoting mobility and skills development for teaching staff and university employees.”
“Campus without Borders – The Internationalisation Academy” demonstrates how internationalisation can strengthen professional development. By combining training, networking, and mobility in a single programme, the Academy ensures these opportunities are accessible to staff and lecturers in a sustainable way.
The initiative is part of CIVIS within Work Package 7 - “Connecting staff communities through the inter-university campus". All submitted projects will also be published on the HMIS2030 platform, making them available to a wide audience.
