It highlights how Open Labs connect universities with local stakeholders through civic engagement, co-creation and challenge-based initiatives. The **Open Lab Establishment Methodology and Activities** report describes the development of the CIVIS Open Lab network and the methodology used to launch local projects responding to territorial needs. It presents the collaborative approach adopted by the Open Labs, bringing together universities, students, researchers and external stakeholders through co-creation, service-learning and civic engagement. The report also reviews the implementation of local and transnational initiatives, dissemination activities and the role of Open Labs in strengthening the societal impact of the CIVIS Alliance.
